SWL worm gear screw jack multi-unit lifting platform

The SWL series worm gear screw jacks feature multiple functions including lifting, lowering, and with auxiliary attachments, pushing, flipping, and various height adjustments.

Screw jacks come in different structural and assembly types, with lifting heights customizable according to user requirements.

Technical Parameters:

1. Structural Type: Type 1 - Screw moves axially; [When the screw moves, it can be rotating or non-rotating (F). Please distinguish when selecting.] Type 2 -

Screw rotates and moves, nut moves axially.

2. Assembly Type: Type A - Screw and/or nut moves upward; Type B - Screw and/or nut moves downward.

3. Screw Head Type: For Type 1 structure: Type I (Cylindrical), Type II (Flange), Type III (Threaded),

Type IV (Flat Head). For Type 2 structure: Type I (Cylindrical), Type II (Threaded).

4. Transmission Ratio: Standard ratio (P), Slow ratio (M). Medium ratio (F) can be customized according to user requirements.

5. Lifting Capacity: 10KN, 25kN, 50KN, 100kN, 150KN, 200KN, 250KN, 350KN, 500KN,

1000kN.

6. Screw Protection: Type 1 structure: Basic type (no protection), Anti-rotation type (F), With protective cover (Z), Anti-rotation with protective cover (FZ). Type 2

structure: Basic type (no protection).

Note: SWL worm gear screw jacks with large transmission ratios have a self-locking function. However, under significant vibration or impact loads, the self-locking

function may fail. In such cases, please use an external braking device or a brake motor to prevent objects from falling.
